Meet Dr. Melanie Driscoll, Au.D.

Dr. Melanie Driscoll is an experienced Doctor of Audiology with over 20 years in private practice, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss through compassionate, personalized care.

Dr. Driscoll earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2002, and since then, she has been a trusted leader in the field. Her favorite part of private practice is the ability to build long-term relationships with her patients, guiding them on their journey to better hearing and improved quality of life.

A pioneer in her profession, Dr. Driscoll is a founding member of the National Association of Doctors of Audiology (formerly SAA) and serves as a member of both the Kentucky Academy of Audiology and the Audigy Member Advisory Board. Her leadership and commitment to advancing the audiology field have earned her recognition and respect among her peers.

In 2017, Dr. Driscoll established Bright Futures, a charitable program that provides otoscopes to every University of Louisville Doctor of Audiology graduate — a testament to her dedication to supporting the next generation of hearing professionals.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Driscoll enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves sewing, traveling, and watching true-life movies. Some of her favorite things include fresh-cut flowers, beach getaways, and time with her four beloved grandchildren.
